Service Description
This exploration offers non to low impact poses with an emphasis on deep restorative postures while receiving collective and individual Reiki treatment designed to recalibrate your nervous system bringing you into a deep state of rest and digest. These postures are held anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes giving you the benefits of deep passive release accessing subconscious and conscious material on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Our intention is for you to feel a sense of relief, calm, peace and ease. Mats, blankets & bolsters provided yet please feel free to bring your own and whatever you need for added comfort. Oracle cards and tea will be served.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations please contact me within 24 hours of session to avoid being charged a $50 fee in addition to the full cost of service. Events, workshops, mentorships and gift certificates are non-refundable.
