Nourish your Heart, Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul in this Heart-Led Intuitive Immersion Held within the private forest retreat center, Nurture Through Nature, this 6-Hour immersion experience weaves nurturing cacao, self-connection, movement, warmth and gentle ceremony to support your intuitive and energetic senses while recalibrating your nervous system and overall wellbeing. The day is intentionally paced for a sense of ease and groundedness with heart led connection in community. Flow: Arrival & Grounding Cacao & Heart Coherence Intuitive Card Guidance Reiki I & Intuitive Foundations Somatic Movement Nourishment Sauna + Natural Cold Immersion Closing Integration Props, blankets, nourishing snacks, water and writing utensils provided. Feel free to bring your favorite mug, personal journal along with anything needed for comfort. Please bring a bathing suit, shorts or tank for the sauna along with a towel and non-glass water bottle.
