Service Description

This 6-10 week program is specially customized with your birth story and experiences in mind. Our Birth experience deeply influences who you are today - linking to the emotional landscape, behaviors, programs, conditionings, beliefs and blocks, ancestral karma, and generational curses held in the subconscious mind. We'll bring forward to the conscious mind details of your descent/ascent and experiences that will create a new foundation with intentions and where you wish to see yourself at the end of your program. The process of reprogramming and rewiring the unconscious and subconscious occurs through repetition. Each reBirthing session is unique and designed around utilizing a series of breath and affirmation techniques. The baseline intention is to create a new found sense of trust, awareness, and safety. Discovery Session is a prerequisite.
